Amper may collect personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name and IP address. If you purchase our Services, we collect and store your billing and credit card information. When you register with Amper, we collect and maintain your account information such as login name, password, email address, contact information, age, height, weight and gender. Amper will not delete customer information other than upon customer request. However, Amper reserves the right to delete customer information for members with a free account status at any time.

Amper also collects geolocation information based on visitors' IP addresses. 4. How Users can Access, Change and Delete Their Information

You can access and change information previously submitted by logging into your Amper account, selecting "Account Settings" and editing the data fields there. You can also change payment information in your paid Amper account and remove payment information in terminated or downgraded accounts.5. For California Residents

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
